Below a one star rating have had this app for over a year now! In southern rhode island they might as well throw darts at a map and say these locations are taxi service as all there recommendations are just as accurate! Best bet set a designated driver or do not count on this app at all.

First time tried using it in SFO. Did a bad job finding anything nearby. We finally flagged a cab visually. I will be removing this app.

Real useful and easy to use

I spent an hour last night looking for local service cab companies close to my gig today. I was planning on taking the bus as far as possible and then a cab rather than walk 30 mins the red of the way. I researched on my computer and called some 5 companies before finding one that would do local service only to call the next day (like I was told) an be told they didnt have anything available until 2 hours after I needed it. I was already on my way to the gig when I discovered this so I turned to the app store and call a cab in particular. First company that I called said they could do it and within my time frame. So glad, I cant afford to be late to this gig!!

Other apps did not provide as robust a list of potential services as this app. It was a lifesaver in a tough situation.

Give it at least 4 points. Whether Im in Dallas, Orlando, or Philadelphia, it gets a cab to me pronto! O.K., maybe a 5.

Before I have had a chance to really review the performance of this app, it has crashed twice. I will upgrade my rating if things change.

Because this app does not work very well.

The app is confusing. Has a poor UI with no description for the information it gives. The app is slow. I clicked more (whatever that does), and it took much longer than it should have for things to change. Even with full bars on 3G. The app is ugly. Bright green and yellow. The annoyance of those colors looks like a webpage made in the 1990s and they certainly dont help the confusion. I assumed this was the top can app because it was the first result when I searched "cab". Its just another junk app. I ended up flagging a cab off the street.

Every once and a while you find yourself in unfamiliar territory and not knowing the best place to be for a cab is mentally taxing. So this app is incredibly helpful.

Over all I like this application however, I couldnt figure out how to get a taxi from this application. I saw a plethora of locations where a taxi was located but it just opened Apple Maps. ??? A different application.

A phone book and a pay phone works better than this app

As described. Has yet to fail me. Takes a bit of hunting around to find a good deal tho.

Did its job perfectly.

This app works great in Germany, will try it when traveling in the near future.

This app is as confusing as can be, and really glitchy. It was too confusing to help me when I needed it.

Cant use this app b/c it keeps crashing almost soon as I input a search! Boo :P
